My blog name and email pretty much tell you who I am.  Christian, my current ministry is as an online missionary.  Crafty, I’ve never been physically active due to severe asthma, but I was given the ability to sew, knit, crochet, macrame, paper craft, make jewelry, all either done long ago so starting over or done just a little so starting anew.  Thrifty is in my blood.  I just can’t pay full price unless it’s an emergency. I started reading blogs for couponing, etc. tips.  Decorating has been done in my head because of my limitations, but finding you ingenious ladies has made me confident that with my hubby of 35+ years (also physically disabled), who used to have a furniture refinishing business on the side, we’ll bring our house from stuck in the 70′s to the 21st century. Our adult kids, a daughter who just left the guy she’s been living with has a new address, new job, says she’ll help out her folks.  Our son has autism so helping us requires our teaching him how to do everything (he doesn’t learn by reading or verbal instruction) but he’ll do what he can.  Oh, yes, not in the addresses: I’m a daughter to a 90 yr.old wonderful mom in a nearby nursing home, sister to 2 sisters, hopefully a good friend and “mom” to our second set of kids, 3 standard poodles.
